Tucker's 42nd Birthday

IT’S TUCKER’S BIRTHDAY!!! This past weekend we celebrated another year passing to the wayside for Old Man Tucker. We smoked some hookah down at the Pied Cow, then crawled our way over to the World Famous Belmont Inn and picking up the wonderfully polite homeless dude, Thomas, and finally ending up at the Space Room for some Purple Aliens. Money missed out on the shenanigans, while heading up north to attend a ancillary friend’s wedding. While Tucker tries to finish the Rogue birthday gauntlet, we talk a bit about some recent sports developments. Lance clues us in on how Brandon Roy screwed the Blazers by signing with the Timberwolves. And Sean recounts the MLB trade deadline acquisitions that the Dodgers made, while making a bold prediction of a World Series Champion. Lance thinks otherwise, and a bet is made. As we’re all getting a little older, we ponder what our younger selves would think of where our lives have taken us. Some have good thoughts and some of us our a little disappointed. What do you think your younger self would think of where you are now? Tonight is National Night Out! So check in with your local bar or block party, or if you’re in the Portland Metro area, head down to the Jolly Roger in John's Landing and join us as we record live. There will be $2 burgers and dogs, beer specials, live music from local musicians The Eddyville Band, and of course…US!!! Join us in the mic and maybe win some prizes.

The Magic of Audrey Hepburn

It’s just Sean and Lance this week on the podcast. They start off where they always should start, Kate Upton. We spend a few minutes plugging the Taco Tiki Side Projects, including Sean’s recently launched music venture, Tiki Ten, and the newest episode of Tiki Talks. Sean also was on Chronicles of the Nerds, where he plugged the idea for Tiki Ten. When Lance asked Sean, why we needed a music soundtrack, Sean couldn’t help himself but humble brag about how great of a playlist maker he is. NBA free agency is upon us, and the boys put on their Swami caps and make their predictions of whom their respective teams will sign. Spinning off of the current Tiki Talks, Lance came up with an interesting question of what classic movie would you like to see on the silver screen again. The boys pull a Tucker, and can’t pick just one film, but of course any Audrey Hepburn movie makes it into both of their picks. Since it’s just Sean and Lance, they couldn’t help themselves but talk about the new Amazing Spider-Man movie, and how it relates to the comics.

As always Like us on Facebook & Follow us on Twitter
And let us know in the comments, what movie you'd like to see up on the silver screen again. And here's a little love from Audrey herself:

Welcome!

Welcome to the inaugural episode of what will soon become your favorite listening hour of the week. TACO TIKI TUESDAY!!! With the help of electricity, we were able to actually record AND save the first episode of our drunken, comedy gold, including "Name That Shot", which will soon be a favorite game to lead the episode....also it's the only way to get Money to speak up on the air. We also hit on the origins of this ragtag crew, the Super Bowl and Valentine's Day. Listen closely to find our super secret first guest of the show...she's a delight! And with that we cue the music....enjoy & feel free to provide your feedback in the comments section below.

Welcome!
